A Commitment to Service and Each Other
Congregation Kol Haverim relies on the service of many dedicated volunteers to manage and maintain much of the day-to-day needs of our community. From welcoming new members to tending to our lovely garden beds to planning engaging educational programs, the Kol Haverim community is active in all areas of Jewish life. We take great pride in our commitment to volunteerism and are always looking for new members to get involved. The Finance Committee is a group of volunteers who take an interest and responsibility for the financial wellbeing of the congregation. No financial experience required! Typical monthly Zoom meetings involve reviewing financial reports, talking about happenings at the temple that potentially impact income or expenses, and making recommendations to the Board of Trustees in regard to financial matters. The Finance Committee also develops the annual budget and tracks actual income and expenses against it. If interested, please contact Rosemary Manaker at rmanaker@earthlink.net for more information.
