Lifelong Learning presents a talk about “Israel Today – the Unvarnished Truth” on Zoom. Sally Esakov, a long-time resident of Tel Aviv is an American who made aliyah in her 20’s. She was in the US when the war broke out on Oct. 7th and is remaining here while a displaced family uses her apartment in Tel Aviv. Sally has spoken to local groups about what she views as biased media reports about Israel. Join us as we hear a first-hand account about life in Israel from an individual’s perspective.
