“Campus Jewish Life Today: Challenges, Commitment and Community”
Edina Oestreicher, Executive Director, UConn Hillel, and students
Join us for an inside look at Jewish student life at UConn — the challenges our students are navigating, and the strength of the community in responding to them. We’ll share an honest picture of the campus climate, including recent experiences with antisemitism, to learn how campus leadership is addressing challenges to ensure Jewish students feel secure, seen and supported. Most importantly, we’ll highlight the vibrant Jewish joy happening every day at UConn — the events, traditions, and friendships students are building — and how community members can help sustain that joy.
