Happy New Year! After a wonderful time at NFTY-NE's December Institute to close out the year, we are ready for an exciting 2012 programming year. Secret Moishe Gift Swap and Hanukkah Lounge Night Party!

On Wednesday December 21, after confirmation classes, everyone will be participating in a giant Secret Moishe gift swap. There will be yummy snacks and time to spend with your friends. Come on by!


New Youth Director, Isaac Young 

We are thrilled to introduce our new Youth Director, Isaac Young! Isaac grew up in Massachusetts, where he was very active in youth group activities and served on the NFTY-NE Regional Board.  He is a professional musician and teaches music privately and at several schools around Hartford.  Isaac has hit the ground running, getting to know the kids and continuing to develop the structure of our youth program.  This year’s calendar of events for GRSLY Senior Youth Group (9th-12th Grade) and Junior Youth Group (6th-8th Grade) are just about finalized, so watch your mail for more information coming soon!  Youth Group is a great way to stay involved at Kol Haverim whether or not you attend our 8th-12th Grade Religious School classes.

GRSLY Post Midterm Game and Movie Night! Join your friends to unwind after a hard week of midterms with Apples to Apples, movies, snacks, and so much more! Cost is $10/pp to cover food.

FRIDAY FEBRUARY 10 - SUNDAY FEBRUARY 12, 2012 MANTY'S WINTER WONDERLAND

NFTY-NE's annual ski weekend event up in Manchester, NH. Come hang out for a weekend of skiing, tubing, or lounging in the ski lodge. All necessary forms are on the right available for download. Please make sure to fill out all the forms and give checks to Isaac.

Purim Carnival Shul-In! Come hang out on Saturday where will we have Havdallah services and a great dinner followed by setting up for the purim carnival, sleep over, and run the festivities the next day!

J-GRSLY Mario Kart tourney and game afternoon. Do you have the driving skills to take on your friends? 

SATURDAY FEBRUARY 4 - SUNDAY FEBRUARY 5 2012

JOSTY shul-in. This annual event at Ohabei Shalom in Brookline, MA is for 7th and 8th graders only. It is a true taste of the NFTY experience! Forms are on the on right -- make sure to fill all of them out.

SATURDAY MARCH 10TH, 2012 5PM Kol Haverim

Purim Carnival setup. Come join the senior youth group and help set up the purim carnival. There is NO overnight for J-GRSLY.

SUNDAY MARCH 11TH, 2012 10AM Kol Haverim

GRSLY's Annual Purim Carnival!
